  • order products from our webshop, following these instructions:

You will find in each category the corresponding products with the corresponding wholesale prices. You will also see important information such as terms and conditions, catalogs and press material. 
3. Shop as in any online store. Please select your payment of choice, we offer PayPal, Credit Card or bank transfer. 
4. After the order you will receive a confirmation, and we will calculate the delivery cost according to the size and weight of the package. We use for orders in Switzerland and UPS for orders abroad.
You will receive a separate invoice for the delivery cost after the goods are sent. We do not charge handling fee.

  • Payment terms: 1800 Euro or 2000 CHF/USD prepayment and 50% in advance for orders of products not available from stock. For orders of products available in the webshop the minimum is 1000 Euro or 1000 CHF.
  • Mark Up: 2.7
  • Shipping costs: Flat rate, depending on weight: see or
  • Returns: In case of defects 1 week.
  • Delivery time: 1 week for products in stock. Tapestry products and hats six weeks. Crochet products such as bags up to 2 months.
  • Intellectual property: MAMA TIERRA must be mentioned in all product communication of the customer.
