Sustainable hand-crocheted animals made of GOTS certified organic cotton.

Inspired in the Wayuu clans

Socially, the Wayuu people are organized in clans based on matrilineal consanguineal kinship. These clans are represented by totemic animals, who are considered to be a common ancestor of all clan members. For some families in the Uliana clan, cats represent this ancestor. Based on the oral tradition of the Wayuu indigenous, family members inherit the qualities of their totem animal. In this case, hunting skills, sleepiness and intelligence are qualities inherited directly from the cats.
