Parcels are dispatched within 2 days only after receipt of payment. Parcels are shipped with Swiss Post or UPS. Delivery times are within 5 working days in Switzerland and 10 plus days in and outside Europe, depending on the courier’s policy.
As a charity project, each return is a challenge. Therefore, returns are only accepted in case of damaged goods within 7 days after receiving the order, with exceptions. Sales are final, cannot be returned.

According to the oral traditions of the indigenous peoples, the Wayuu die twice. Jepira is a place where the dead souls stay until they reach the Milky Way. There, the souls can transform themselves into rain and thereby return to the Guajira Desert. However, the deceased can also transform into Wanülü, an evil spirit.
